My most popular cake flavors are my chocolate coffee cake, white, banana and carrot.  If it's not listed, just ask!

You won't be disappointed in the quality and freshness of all my cakes.  They are very moist and dense.  

ICING

Butter cream is the most popular.  It is sweet and creamy.  

Fondant is almost like a dough, rolled out and placed on your cake over butter cream.  It has a very smooth, crisp finish.  The fondant I use is tasty and sweet, tastes almost like the middle of an Oreo cookie. It doesn't have to be peeled off.  It also is very stable and great for when you cake has to sit out for a long period of time. 

Cream Cheese--not just for carrot cake anymore!!  Requires refrigeration.

Whipped toppings are pretty and festive looking.  These toppings often need refrigeration.
